The location was perfect - on a side street about five minutes walk from Shibuya Crossing. Lots of narrow streets full of either quaint or edgy izakayas around us. Our room was larger than we expected and the beds were really comfortable. But the thing that stood out the most was the excellent staff. They arranged for us to forward our luggage to our next hotel in Kanazawa and when we discovered that the next hotel had an unmanned reception desk and didn’t accept luggage deliveries, they went above and beyond to help us locate the luggage and make arrangements for it to get to us.
Absolutely nothing

Location was great.
Nothing, just a basic room which matches the price you pay.
