Very poor would not be returning

Location only

When we arrived the window was cracked, we set our luggage on the bed and the bed was broken , contacted them and apparently they knew bout the bed but didn’t bother to fix it also fobbed us off the whole week that someone would be up to fix it , that never happened, so our whole week we had to sleep on the sofa, I kept all correspondence for booking.com to show that nothing was done , they also take a large deposit which isn’t addressed before booking , they could be taking deposits then not returning if they are not fixing problems

Bad apartment

Location

The apartment is advertised as 1 bedroom flat but a studio, the bathroom sink was blocked, the smell in the apartment was of sewage every day of our stay. The sofa bed was disgusting, never cleaned.
