Major problems from the start – would not recommend

Area

We arrived on Christmas Eve hoping to spend a relaxing holiday in this apartment and stay for ten nights. Unfortunately, we had to leave after just one night due to serious problems that were reported immediately with photos. The apartment was dirty and unhygienic, dishes and cutlery were unclean, the sofa had large stains, and there were unacceptable sanitation rules (no toilet paper allowed in the toilet). The balcony was completely unusable because of construction work with a safety net – we couldn’t even sit outside, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. There was also an open treatment room of a psychology practice within the premises, with no clear separation from the rented apartment, which was very confusing and uncomfortable. The host only replied two days later, addressing cleanliness only and offering a delayed cleaning, which was far too late. Afterwards, communication stopped completely and we were told to deal with Booking.com. During our rental period, the apartment was used by other people, and when we reported this, the host threatened us with police and denied us access although the contract was still valid. We are easygoing guests and simply wanted to enjoy a normal holiday. But this apartment was not acceptable even for one or two nights, let alone for a ten-day stay. Very disappointing experience and no responsibility taken by the host.

Straciliśmy czas do południa . Inne defekty to niedziałający telewizor , rozerwane obicie sofy w pokoju , brak czajnika elektrycznego .
