The location is great - calm and quiet, but getting to the center via bus is easy and fast and there are nice restaurants quite near from the accomodation. The host are very friendly and helpful. :)
While the communication with the hosts was easy, I can't say the same about the communication in general - there is a mandatory app for check-in with added fees, safety deposit you have to transfer and an insane option of a "care free stay fee" instead of the deposit.

The room and bath was neat and clean. It was very quiet - which I enjoyed. Also I liked the view out of the window. On my floor there were like six rooms. The hallway included also a shared kitchen including a table for 3 persons, a shared fridge with sufficient space, and all needed kitchen utensils.
I needed to pay 70€ deposit via the digital receptionist app. I got refunded in full a few days after my stay and that's acceptable but unusual though.

Very clean. Small room with Nice bed and shower.
I’ve been all Europe. 17 countries in the past 3 months. This is the first place I had to leave deposit. It was all digital. I was interacting with an app to register, checking in and checking out. The checking was until 4. The app won’t give you directions to the place until 4:00. PM. Way too late to checking. I was in the airport waiting for the app to tell me directions to get to the place. I got there very late. It was a day wasted. I was very disappointed. There is a kitchen without a stove and a mini fridge for lot of people. It is not close to downtown. I had to walk about half mile and take a 25 min bus to get to downtown. Oh I almost forgot. The app asks for a tip. 😂😂.

La habitación, grande y cómoda, con buena cantidad de enchufes; muy buen baño, aunque la ducha es solo manual (y yo prefiero fija). Muy buen aire acondicionado y calefacción.
Fue complicado obtener la llave (tardé 10' con el sistema que ofrecen), me dieron para cubrirme solo una manta que cubría solo la mitad de la cama, sin sábana para cubrirme. Las perchas eran de mala calidad, El jabón de la ducha muy aguado (el de lavado de manos era excelente), la ducha era solo manual y me pidieron que cortara el agua cuando me enjabonaba para ahorrar (algo sorprendente para mí). Nunca limpiaron la habitación ni ofrecieron cambiar la única sábana pese a que estuve cinco noches. Un avez que uno ingresa le dicen que si pierde la llave debe pagar € 190 y la ubicación es mala, lejos del centro. Por lo que pagué esperaba mucho más.
