Location is perfect. Near river Ljubljanica. 15 min to the city center. Near is the Lidl and Hofer. 10 m is Petrol station. Chek in was easy, contactless.

Right beside the river, the bedrooms were nice and also clean. Good kitchen facilities.
The bathrooms were often occupied, didn’t feel like there were enough of them

Everything. It was so well kept and clean. I liked that we had to put slippers on in the hall, it made the whole property feel very clean. The bathroom was very spacious and the kitchen area was lovely. The bedroom was just the right size and very comfy beds.

Clean, spacious room, lots of common areas
There are a lot of rules, even about small things you wouldn't expect, and they are very strict about their rules. They are also extremely strict about check-in and check-out times. But the worst part was how rude the cleaning lady was every time I had an interaction with her. She was also very loud when talking or walking (or rather stomping). I arrived at the venue a bit early (less than an hour before the check-in time. I got in and sat down in one of the common areas. The cleaning lady heard the door, came to the common room, asked me which room I'm in and asked me to leave because check-in is 3, and she was very firm about it. The reason she gave was, she has to clean. I never asked if I can check-in early. I acknowledged that I am early, and asked if I can just sit in the common area. But she insisted that I go out into the rain. There are several common rooms. Is she going to clean all of them at once? Even if she can be in several places at once, why not be a bit more polite to a guest who has just arrived and is tired after a long journey? Other things that made no sense to me - the kitchen is closed between 13:00 and 15:00. I don't think everyone will have lunch before 13:00, especially when traveling and things sometimes take longer than expected. They also asked for a scan of my passport for pre-check-in, which is unnecessary. They can just ask for the details they need for guest registration or send me a link to a form to fill in myself. The floors are very creaky. There are a lot more things I can complain about, but I think you get the idea.
