The staff was very helpful
The aircondition unit was very noisy and mainly blowing cold air via a fan.
Maybe waiting to clean the floor in breakfast area until after breakfast

This wasn’t just a place to stay; it was an experience. The riad's hosts Mash & Abdou treated me like a guest of the family rather than a guest at a hotel, with genuine warmth, friendliness and care. Mash went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from arranging my airport transfer and ordering taxis to even buying a local SIM card for me. His hospitality made me reflect on how much trust and human connection matter, and how refreshing it is to experience them so naturally. The breakfast was also incredibly rich and diverse, with the pomegranate yogurt being particularly exceptional.

The staff and the location. It was located in the old city that has lots of local shops and restaurant. About 10 mins walk to souks and 20 mins to the square.
The staff were fantastics as well. Both Adul and Mach especially Mach, he works at night so we see him more often. Very helpful all the time to arrange breakfast for us at different time to suits our tour. He is very knowledgable of the area and give great tips and recommendations. He is the kindest person we met in Marrakech i would say.
Room is not too big so not much room to move around but the yard area are really beautiful and clean

The staff and the welcoming we received was amazing. A little out of the main square but an easy walk. Breakfast was great. Abdulla and Misha were so kind to us. Amina the cook was always smiling. They were even able to prepare a massage for us at a late hour. We were feeling really sore after our hike to Mt.Toubkal.
I loved eveything about it.
