Very clean, smells incredible which is so welcome after a day out in the Medina!!
Staff are very attentive, really a joy to be around.
Well stocked rooms, I found a hair straightener!!!
Bed was very hard😂 we slept well but it was unusual 😬
If any improvement can be made to bring it to the next level- it would be nice to have a tea/coffee making possibility in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also great, about a 20-minute walk to the main Medina area, making it convenient to explore Marrakech. Overall, we had a lovely experience!
The AC in my room wasn’t working on our first night, but the staff was incredibly kind and immediately moved me to another room to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue!
