Very nice, modern hotel, walking distance from the Kyoto station, fantastic bathroom, coffee machine and kettle in the room. A microwave in the common kitchen for all the guests, The laundry room was very useful. Very happy, we would definitely come again. Very friendly staff, they help me to fill the form for sending out luggage to the airport in Tokyo. Also complimentary pastry in the reception in the morning.

It was clean and the bed comfortable
It wasn’t really a hotel. The room was very narrow and shower was minute and leaked under the door.
There was no restaurant or bar area so that was disappointing
