We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, super close to the train station, a park, a food street, and shopping. The room isn't huge, but it was spacious enough for 4 to 5 people, and we loved having a separate little kitchen area away from the sleeping space. The washing machine was very convenient, and having two toilets plus a shower was a big plus for our group, since that's hard to find in Japan.
The only downside was the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable, with a hard spot in the middle of each bed, possibly from a folding part of the frame, and all four beds were the same. We simply slept on one side of the bed (the bed is big) and it was fine.

Very Spacious. Mins walk to subway and Ueno station. Near a supermarket.
Would be better if at least one of the windows can be opened

Location was 10-15min walk to train stations. Apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and there were a few food places nearby.
Bed linen and towels were clean and there were extras that you could help yourself to even though the place was unmanned.
We stayed in a standard twin room on the ground floor and it wasn't very well ventilated. The carpet felt moist and the room had a musty smell.
