What I liked about this property was that it was a keyless entry for both the main door the elevator in your room. It was located on the more quiet part of the street away from the hustle and bustle.
It wasn’t that I didn’t like this about the property, but it would’ve been nice to have a restaurant or breakfast daily.

The location.
The washing machine should have at least an instruction in english.

Descent size for Japan. Had a washer and cooking utilities right in the room with a table as well. Extra bed too. Room was quiet, no noise. Lawson nearby.
Location was ok. Could be better. was a bit far from the train stations (10-15 min walk) and had no buses. Few shopping and restaurants nearby. Beds were a bit firm. Room cleaning is only every 3 days. A bit tight with a wheelchair.

Location was a farther walk from the subway then expected. We paid waaaaaay too much for our room via booking.com- look instead on sites like expedia, where the price is about half.
Full kitchenette, but no coffee maker.
No grocery store nearby (just a 711).
Staff were completely unhelpful with providing local restaurant or grocery store recommendations.
Only 2 dining table chairs (an awkward lower bunk bed benchseat to sit on.
Overpriced.
