Great location, friendly staff, good car park, food very nice, comfortable bed, very cool historic building
Not a complaint, knew going into it-- given it's an historic old building the steps are a bit hard if you have bad knees, and the shower dripped with no stopping it-- but even with that, slept GREAT and we had a room roadside. So not any big knocks here, just two fyi's.

Great location, nice breakfast
Rooms on front quite noisy with early morning traffic

Friendly, welcoming staff.
Comfortable, clean room with some great added extras.
Excellent breakfast choices.
Parking a bit tight but pleased we had that option.

Location excellent for the visits we wanted to do. Bar and restaurant excellent
Room was not what we had had specified on our booking - we did not want a room designed for disabled visitors with a wet room that had a minute wash basin and nowhere to put washbags etc and no storage for clothes in bedroom. Also it was in the car park apart from the main building with a door that opened straight into car park. We raised this immediately with the receptionist and again the following day with the manager. We were given an acceptable discount on the price of the room on checking out but were not as comfortable as we should've been during our visit.
