In a quiet 7-family house, you’ll find your beautiful attic apartment on a quiet residential street in Owingen, Lake Constance District.
Your exceptional vacation home is located on the 2nd floor, which is also the attic.
Down the hallway, on the left, you’ll find the bedroom (large double bed, 180x200cm).
Thanks to the bedroom’s east-facing orientation, you can let the sun wake you up here if you’d like :-)
Further down the hallway, on the left, you’ll find the spacious full bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Straight ahead is the large living-dining area with a large kitchen island.
The kitchen is fully equipped (kettle, filter coffee maker, capsule-free espresso machine, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven with cooking assistant, etc.)
The guest room, with an adjoining guest bathroom, is located to the left of this area.
Behind the living-dining area, to the left, is the spacious living area, and straight ahead is the beautiful south-facing balcony.
