Beautiful, single-family home, approx. 150 square meters, with a garden in Owingen, approx. 5 km from Lake Constance. The tastefully furnished home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and features an idyllic garden where you can relax.
The first floor, measuring approx. 85 square meters, features a light-filled living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest restroom.
The living room features a 65-inch flat-screen TV. An easily accessible wooden staircase leads to the attic with sloped ceilings, where there are two bedrooms with double beds
and a children’s room with a single bed.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
Another staircase leads to the spacious, converted loft, which is furnished with a double bed.
The house’s garden is separated from the quiet side street by a tall hedge. The garden features outdoor furniture and is accessible from the living and dining areas. Additionally, two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Owingen is approximately 5 km from Lake Constance.
There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options.

Lovely house and location. Nice and quiet but easy to access towns around Lake Constance. Great host with good communication. Will definately visit again. Xx

The home is in a lovely little town. It had a great kitchen and living room to make for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice overall experience.

This was our holiday home for 5 nights & it was ideal for our family group of 5 adults & 2 children. We had a great time here & would recommend. The house was spotlessly clean & very well equipped - plenty of glasses, crockery, towels etc. Also dishwasher, microwave etc. Eduard was there to welcome us & talk us through how things worked & communication was excellent. There are 3 double bedrooms & 1 single - so ample space for all. Was a bit surprised that we had to pay an additional fee €75 for the baby as we had a travel cot - but Eduard did provide a high chair which was helpful. Outside space was small but perfectly safe for children to play & the covered outside eating area was well used. Very spacious inside too - we had a super family holiday!
