Great room. Easy to work with and access
Parking. Parking was horrible. We ended up over at the lot behind Rita’s and that was a little suspect. Wondered
If we’d be on blocks and missing tires sorta suspect. But all was good.

The room itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed. Great balcony for sunrise viewing. Large fridge, microwave stovetop and sink were great for breakfasts and lunch/snack making. Great shower pressure and hot water! Quiet room. Best beach we’ve had in Myrtle beach
The ac was very effective but pretty loud. The property is a little dated. The parking was unclear. Would have been helpful to have a google map with a hand drawn circle around the parking areas or maybe just at the front desk- there is no one at the front desk to ask but the residents were very helpful.

Our stay at this beachfront property was fantastic! The location is absolutely incredible, with direct access to the beach and stunning ocean views that you just can't beat. The host was wonderful—super communicative and clearly puts a lot of care into the unit.
It's true that the building itself and the common areas are a bit older and could use some updates. You'll notice the pool and gym aren't in working order, but this is exactly why the price is so reasonable for a spot right on the sand. The host has no control over these issues, and they've made sure to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment that more than makes up for it.
The unit itself has been well-maintained and has all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a great value and a prime beach location and you're not concerned about having a fancy pool or gym, this place is a perfect find. We would definitely stay here again!
All well , whatever they can do/control they did so nothing negative.

property was run down. pool not working, ice machine not working, garbage compactor not working, laundry room detergent and change dispenser not working.
