I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food, and the restaurant was also very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.
I also appreciated having a gym with showers. Although the gym is small, it has everything needed for a good workout.
The beds are absolutely huge and incredibly comfortable! Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel where you can truly relax and enjoy your stay.
The only downside was the price this time. I have stayed at this hotel before, and the rates were significantly lower during my previous visit. However, the overall experience was still excellent.

My name was missing in the system. I had to provide proof of booking. Unnecessary stress.! What would have happened if I didn't have access to my email in the time of arrival?

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt in Kraków. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — a great selection and everything was fresh and tasty.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great hotel. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again when visiting Kraków! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comfy beds, nice in general.
Shower fluctuates from scalding to freezing constantly. Staff at the empty bar ignored us to the point we left without being able to get a drink. Far away from city centre but taxis are cheap.
