Nice friendly welcome. Room was fine, although the bed was described as extra large but we found it to be a standard double. Nice bedding, but only 1 pillow each. There was everything you needed (but no teaspoon ) in the room and everything worked. lots of hot water. Beautiful maintained seating area in the garden which appeared to be popular
No complaints from us, just the job for a 1 night stay. And they kindly let us check out later which was much appreciated.
Shower needs attention. Toilet flush needed attention.
Beverage tray needed a teaspoon and only 1 biscuit provided, so hadn't been checked.
Price was on the high side with no no breakfast offered, which we knew, so with the extra cost to eat breakfast elsewhere makes it a pricey stay.
