Excellent location. Great sized room for Florence.
If you check in the late the office is quite far from the property if you are on foot with luggage.

The location was great
The room was nice with the jacuzzi
Wifi was awful barely any coverage. Couldn't watch the tv as it kept on stalling and could not use phone to search anything.
Also even though there is a fridge with wine racks in it, there was a corkscrew but no glasses or cups.

This is a great location - we were able to walk everywhere in the old town. The rooms are older but well maintained.
It’s older but clean. It’s a little weird having the bath/shower next to the bed but that’s Italy for you 😀
