The kids loved it. Was like a camping experience just warmer. Underfloor heating and a small heater in the room meant we were cosy all night. Views and location were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were very clean, as was the food preparation area.
Beds weren’t too comfortable. Mattresses were like solid matts, could be doing with an upgrade.

The Glamping pod was big enough for the 4 of use with plenty sleeping options (which the kids loved to be able to pick) the underfloor heating was great as it was a colder wet day, and the extra heaters provided was good as when we got back that evening it helped the kids get cosy.
Only thing was there was no mat on the inside of the door as as it was very wet the floor got wet which meant that feet got wet and got a little messy

The holiday one bedroom apartment exceeded our expectation. The view from the living room across the valley was outstanding especially with the early morning mist. The hosts were very friendly and we had many a conversation about the area and the house they lived in which was handed down from family. Everything was provided for in the apartment and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. There was also a full size bath which you don't see very often, with a shower over. Our host even took us to the train station when our taxi couldn't make it - so very kind.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. Gemma very kindly left us some teabags and milk for the morning as I hadn't quite prepared myself properly to make our own food in the little communal kitchen. She was a perfect host. Gorgeous place and I'd love to come back with the kids and stay a bit longer in the bigger pod.
Although the pod was well laid out, we were two adults staying in a 'family' pod, apparently suitable for up to five. I suppose it's worth remembering that that's equivalent to a five man, one room tent. As it was, we used the mats and made a super king bed on the floor and brought our own bedding. We're both tall and had just enough space to stand and shuffle around the bed. It was comfier than a night in a tent but still very much sleeping on the hard floor.
