Staff were very friendly and took care of us the best way they could. Breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. TV was broken in our room and plugs were so old anything you plugged in would almost always fall out unless you got it in there just right. Location was good for the Thermal Baths. Not sure if I would ever stay here again but there aren't many good options in Águas Calientes.

Room was really clean and I had a nice view of the river (some rooms look into other buildings). Staff was friendly but no one showed to pick me up at the train station ( thank heaven map on my phone was working). They shared breakfast duties with neighboring hotel but it was good and a nice variety. A laundry facility was right next door, which came in handy. Just a few steps from the Machu Picchu Bus pick-up area, Natural Spring Heated Pools and gorgeous Waterfall...

Great property for what we needed which was a quick nights stay before a long hike the next morning. GREAT shower pressure, clean enough, very nice staff. Breakfast starts at 5am which was perfect because our route started at 7am. Super close to the train and bus to Machu Picchu. The night we got in there were some political concerts so it was very loud but that’s not the properties fault. Bit of a communication error prior to the reservation they messaged me on hotels.com and I responded and then several weeks later they messaged again saying they never got my reply but i can see it was sent in the same message thread. Would recommend messaging them directly on their WhatsApp. Their goal was to pick us up from the train which was nice but we actually couldn’t find the person maybe we got dropped off at a different entrance but we found the property no problem. Overall would stay again!
