Great locations, just outside the train station but comes with a bit of noise if you don't mind, everything is in walking distance and an exceptional view of the mountains. Breakfast was simple but filling. The staff was attentive and gave me a map with directions to get to the but ticket office. They sent someone to collect you from the train station. The room was cleaned and bathroom sanitized everyday.
The bathroom is extremely small thus getting in and out the door was a bit annoying as you have to squeeze yourself in a corner to open or close the door. The hotel needs upgrading overall, the furniture can be updated or a fresh coat of painted. There was no warning that the windows slide and onenof my windows was left open, I didn't notice until the next morning. That could be dangerous for people with kids. The lock on the door is basic and no safe in the room.

The thing I appreciated the most was the absence of humidity, which can be quite difficult to find in Aguas Calientes. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains and the train station. There was no unpleasant smell or any sign of humidity. The room was well maintained and properly ventilated, which made the stay very comfortable.

Location
Bed sagged in the middle, shower was impossible to get the temperature right, single glaze windows, very noisy, not much space, no atmosphere and very average breakfast. Most disappointing hotel in Peru
