We love the vibe of this hotel. Our room was great (although quite dark!) and clean. Our bed was so comfortable. The bar upstairs is awesome and room service was quick and delicious.
We were a little disappointed at check-in, however. We had requested early check-in which, on arrival, they couldn’t do which is fair enough and they said they can only guarantee that rooms are ready at 3pm. We came back at 3pm but our room still wasn’t ready so we had to wait another 30 minutes and so we were late for our event.

The staff were amazing especially the young man who checked us in for our stay. We were early and dropped off our bags and when we returned to check in properly he remembered us and was very welcoming. He just so happened to be there when we were checking out and he was amazing once again. It was my wife's first trip to Auckland and this exceptional service made it a memorable trip. Thank you all.
