Location is excellent, almost all tours pick up directly from here making it super easy to see the sights. Stayed in a queen room and bed was perfect, slept like a rock! Breakfast is incredible though if you have an early tour you may miss it but as long as your pickup is after 6 am you are good to go and they have everything and the staff is great during breakfast. Hotel staff answers any questions you have very well trained, happy and informed!
The laundry facilities was great and easy and on-site but it was crowded. They need more washers and dryers. It worked but you might have to wait. It was better than nothing at all.

Location, near pick up location (tour joiners)
One of the towels was dirty and appeared to be stained.

Location is prefect in the heart of the city with shopping, public parking and restaurants at walking distance. Staff is courteous and breakfast was good.
They don't have their parking and even for unloading the luggage its very inconvenient. We have to request for park the car temporarily near loading/unloading bay, need to change 2 lifts and they don't have porter service. As we had lot of luggage, I ended up transporting myself which was very inconvenient.

Nice and clean, good location
Windows are thin, so plenty of street noise and no sleep Friday and Saturday night.
