About this house rental

Situated in the historical district, this welcoming vacation home brings all of Kyoto within your reach. Your feet will make short work of the 7-minute walk to Kawaramachi Street or the 9-minute walk to Shijo Street. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either Shijo Station, a short 8-minute walk away, or Kiyomizu-gojo Station, 9 minutes away.

Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the patio of this vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a sitting area, a dining area, premium bedding, and a down comforter. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a toilet with electronic bidet, and designer toiletries. Be sure to check out the kitchen, stocked with a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a mini-fridge. Our stay at Ieno house was such a great experience. The staff was very polite and kind to explain about amenities and also there is an English manual on how to operate all the electronics. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this place.

This is an incredible way to experience the culture of Kyoto! The hosts are quick to respond to any questions in perfect English. It's clear they have been doing this for a long time and have mastered it! They even provided us instructions in Japanese to give to our taxi drivers (which was a life saver!). The house is beautiful, quiet, and serene, with all the modern amenities you want. We will be coming back to Kyoto (much longer next time) and will stay here!
