We received a nice packet with clear details of check in and how to access property. There were 3 bikes we had access to as well. We felt our needs were all taken care of, even laundry detergent.

It was a cool house in a great location! Walking distance from kyoto station. The beds were comfortable and everything was clear. If I had one issue with the house, the living room has a check out desk counter I think they should remove and add another couch or something.

Great accomodations in central Kyoto. Easy access to subway and city bus. Worked great for our family of six adults. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
