Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms, facilities and service were all first class, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only area that let it down slightly was breakfast. The staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly, but there simply weren't enough of them to cope with the morning rush, which led to delays.
The chef could also improve the poached eggs. Every morning mine arrived hard rather than runny, even after I asked for them to be redone.
A relatively minor issue in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again. It's a top-class hotel that I would happily recommend.

After a disappointing experience at a nearby hotel, we quickly changed plans and moved to Kozmo Luxury Hotel Budapest—and it was the best decision.
Dora made check-in easy, welcomed us warmly, and helped us get a great room upgrade. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and spotless, and the staff was exceptional throughout our stay.
Highly recommend Kozmo for anyone visiting Budapest!

The hotel is beautifully designed, with a clean, modern aesthetic. Rooms are large and very quiet. The property is located a bit outside of the touristic areas, so it’s a solid 45 minute walk to St. Stephen’s, the river, etc., and we walked like crazy. Uber is easy to secure if you don’t like walking that much. Overall, a nice property if the location works for you.
