The reception counter was not staffed throughout the day, hence need to check in within stipulated timing. Staff at the reception was helpful to set up the extra bed, which we had requested in our reservation, when the room attendant did not get it done prior to our check-in. Location is in a quiet residential area but walkable to town area where most of the shops and restaurants are located.

The room is spacious and clean.
It’s about a 5-minute walk to a local morning market and nearby grocery stores.
I had expected a washing machine in the room or building, but there isn’t one. Luckily, there’s a coin laundry just a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient—especially on a nice sunny day.

The room was clean and very functional for a stop on our ski trip. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Location is close to the centre of town.

Cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space. A bit far away from Otaru center.
