Centralized location. Parking is good too

Good free parking right outside the property. The studio apartment had everything we needed. The balcony offers sea view of the harbour. Good location.
A light on the control panel next to the clothes rack kept flashing constantly and very noticeable throughout the night.

Close to Sakaimachi shopping street

There were 5 of us. Two adults and 3 kids. The staff were very responsive as our flight was delayed and we were not able to arrive before 9pm thus they gave us specific instructions to enter.
The room had a constant smell of kerosene fuel. There is notice to say that it's normal and safe and that this was the norm for Otaru. These fumes made me sick everyday, tummyache and vomited. Only I was affected, the other 4 were ok. These fumes were throughout the entire building. Only when stepped outta the building did I feel better.
