I loved the hotel's vibe and design. Big bathroom was nice and the city view was amazing. We came and left during busy hours, lobby area felt cramped and small.
Shabby lounge chairs in the waiting area were weird. We loved the food from CaraCara and breakfast.

10 out of 10 for my one night stay in Downtown L.A.

The staff are very nice and responsive. The hotel‘s decor is rather drab / muted. Poorly lit in corridors. Pool is a token kiddies pool - don’t be fooled by the photos. Room was small and unremarkable for a so - called premier king. No coffee maker in room. Evening room service order was never delivered.
The rooftop space with restaurant, bar, and “swimming” pool is a highlight. Food very good. Location is fine.
