The person who checked us in gave us the best service we have ever received. Took care to make sure all was in order.
Breakfast options were very limited, but the food itself was great! Parking is a bit expensive.

Very clean inside and out … Staff very helpful
Everyone checking out at same time , we had to pass twice on elevator being full , third time a charm , although we tried to leave early . But that’s business

great staff, nice cafe, huge room
the $150 per day hold for incidentals is really excessive! the hotel is in a terrible area if you aren’t going to an event at the arena.
