The kids playing facilities. Very ideal for family with kids.
The pizza they serve. The cheese was not good.
It's not tasty at all. In general they should do more in Food service.

We had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and attentive, and they made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back.
The only issue we experienced was that the room could get quite hot. Although the weather in Naivasha is generally pleasant, we felt that having air conditioning in the room would make the stay even more comfortable.

the ambiance beyond our room was amazing
My room. I have been to Prideinn paradise before and I enjoyed the rooms I was allocated in the past. The room this time was terrible. It flooded. It was alot smaller than my previous rooms. less cozy. I generally didnot like the room
