Did what it said on the tin. Clean, tidy and central location. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was rubbish. The diffuser didn’t attach, the appliance was in poor repair and had little power.

Lovely, large room. Helpful staff. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning, and we had a wide variety of options that were well-made and tasty. 3 block walk from the train station. Convenient to walk most places you might want to visit including museums, St. James Park, the Lit and Phil, and Grainger Market.

Great hotel and helpful staff. Had an issue with the sink in our room when checked in (as it would not drain away). Reported to reception and it was quickly fixed. No other issues - great location, clean rooms and decent wifi - good base for seeing the city.
