It’s pretty central. Staff are warm and friendly.
When upstairs toilet flushes, we can hear the water travelling down. The walls are pretty thin!

Great location for the centre of Newcastle. Stylish room with a breakfast added for free when I checked in.
At check in, the king size room that I had booked was not available and the very nice receptionist added a breakfast to my room because I was just given a standard double. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. I was looking forward to a big room, but I enjoyed the breakfast more. Thank you anyway

Slightly high price for room

Close to station
I booked a standard double. To me there was no difference between my room and an ‘efficient’ double which I booked for each of my two sons
