This is my second time staying in Comforts81. The first time was with my family in June this year; the second time was with my friends. My family and my friends were all very happy with the accomodation.
The open layout turned every moment as a chance to connect and bond. Being very near Shinsaibashi Shopping District is also a big PLUS.
I am also very thankful to the management and staff of Comforts81. A major mistake on my part in this recent trip had a happy resolution because of them and allowed me to fully enjoy the trip with my friends.

Perfect spot for our family of 5. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. This unit comes with laundry plus a little kitchen stocked with fridge, cookware, dining necessities! 711 and pharmacy steps away. So many restaurants and shinsaibashi just down the street. Coffee and hot water in the lobby. Check in process was easy with the very helpful staff. Luggage storage in the lobby as well. WiFi was fast. We will be back!

Nice fairly basic hotel. Room was large and clean. There was a nice table to eat and work at. The shower and the bathroom were all clean and well appointed. The staff were really nice. I really liked the baggage storage in the lobby. The location is excellent. Close to the action but on a quiet side street.
The door buzzer was a little hard to use, but the staff were always available to help.
