The room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, and we had the most beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony room. The staff was so nice and attentive.

Great location and great staff, but there was no fridge in the room and a historic heatwave with no fans available, which I did receive at other properties in other locations on this trip since ac is very uncommon and unavailable at this hotel. A fan should be a minimum provided since no air conditioning. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the room.

Location is unbeatable. Just a few minutes walk from Zermatt and Gornergrat train station. Funicular to Sunnega is right across the hotel. Green line bus stop is very close by and bus will take you to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise station. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
