Didn't use tge Spa.
An odd gesture is the toilette without a door and
shower with clear glass door. That was quite an awkward surprise which made my family very uncomfortable.

We selected this property because of its treatments. When we arrived they mentioned they were just available for the guests that had booked a package. This was shattering for us and very disappointing. The rest of our statly, food and staff was faboulous.

Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great.
However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed.
