Long wait at reception only one staff member on for the whole hotel so frustrating having to wait a long time before anyone arrives to check you in

Excellent facilities and loved our room, helpful and polite staff would definitely stay again

The accommodation was great, the room was clean and comfortable.
The only issue I found was that the room service app didn’t seem to work and we weren’t able to order any food to the room. Given the heat when we stayed we didn’t really want to go out to eat but that’s what we ended up having to do.
