Location was perfect. Access was perfect. Rooms were clean and fresh. And hotel maids were excellent. And helpful even when I was struggling with luggage they wouldn’t taken no for an answer and helped me to the car.
The reception staff need to be more professional, need more training and a standardised uniform Should be adhered to in a 4* hotel

Location was fine. The staff friendly.
Room was dirty. Carpets had not been hoovered and surfaces not clean. The bathroom was clean but the room itself the worse I’ve seen.
The hotel itself is in dire need of a refurb. Carpets everywhere are badly stained. Paintwork needs refreshing, furniture has holes.
The bar, reception and breakfast areas were clean.
I wouldn’t stay again.
Talked to the reception about the state of the room on leaving and they offered to refund breakfast if we had paid separately but as it was included they could not do anything.
