Very good location, close to the royal mile. The room was clean on walking in but the drain in the bathroom was blocked and the bed linen didn’t smell very nice.

5 / 10

We missed the check in instructions so locating someone to check us in was difficult. Once in. The experience was great.

4 / 10

The apartment was clean and had a great kitchen and washing machine. The reason I gave it an okay rating was that they said you had to use stairs for the West wing apartments. We were on the 4th floor and There were 72 stairs to climb. I think they should have mentioned that! Carrying the luggage up wore us out!

4 / 10

We stayed in the lord Lindsay chambers for 6 evenings and the rooms were large and airy. There were three issues that impacted on our enjoyment of the accommodation. 1. There was no microwave in the kitchen, 2. The tv did not have any internet or chrome casting abilities and 3. There was no storage space for clothes so we had to ‘ live’ out of our suitcases.
