Right in the heart of Monopoli old town with high ceilings and a fab balcony overlooking one of the piazzas
Nothing!

We rented three rooms for our family. The rooms are at different location but all very near eachother (200m walk). The family appartement was very large and comfortabel, the other rooms are small. The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything is with walking distance. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
I hadn’t realized that you park outside of the city and then walk with all your luggage through cobble streets. They do provide a pickup for a small fee.

Very good location nice and quiet at night
The spiral staircase was very tight. And we only had 1 piece of small hand luggage each don’t know how anyone with large luggage or knee or hip mobility issues would struggle using the staircase

Location is great
All of the instructions on how to clean the place and garbage days was overwhelming and not enjoyable for being on vacation.
No coffee in the room.
Hot water ran out very fast. Couldn’t even complete two short showers.
Upstairs poorly utilization of space. No couch to relax on.
