Location was fantastic 20mins to either Sequoia or Kings Canyon visitor centers, room was very clean but sparse, could have used a Table and a Mini-fridge. Lodge had a onsite store and small pizza restaurant as well as a gas station.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was nice for one night and convenient to the location. Had to carry luggage and food storage upstairs.

Great location with easy access to both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The night sky is beautiful, and you can see countless stars on a clear night.
For a lodge this close to the national parks, you shouldn’t expect luxury, but Stony Creek Lodge exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was surprisingly good. The breakfast was easily comparable to, if not better than, what you’d get at some major budget hotel chains.
Overall, a great place to stay when visiting the parks!
