Flower Palace Hotel

The hotel and staff were exceptional. Such a great value. And we loved the location.

No complaints. I can’t come up with anything.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and cooperative The room was really nice too. Also had a view of the lively street

They didn't even have glasses or fruit knife. Didn't replenish tea bags or soaps

Perfect location! +++ The location is perfect — very close to the tramway and Marmaray metro line, with many restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and markets nearby. We tried both the triple room and the double room, and both were perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and relaxing. They are well soundproofed, housekeeping is done daily, and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. The bathrooms are also spacious and very clean, and the rooms have all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, with no interruptions, which was a big plus. The staff are truly excellent: very helpful, respectful, trustworthy, honest, and always smiling. They are always ready to help and can solve any issue. They also speak many languages, which makes communication very easy. A special thank you to Mr. Rauf, Mr. Gökhan, Mr. Mohammad Sait and Ms. Senam for your kindness and hospitality. You made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for 7 nights and were so happy that we extended our stay for another 5 nights. Definitely worth the money! We will surely come back again, God willing. Thank you for everything!

Nothing

Location was great. We walked with our 7 year old to different places eg Blue mosque, Bosphorus river for ferry. Staff polite. Room was very good value for money compared to other places in the area and was fine for a night.

Husband found the bed not very comfortable. Myself and child slept well though.
