We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink.
We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests.
The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros. A bit steep for the short distance. If you have it in you and travel light, it’s about a 12-15 minute walk to/from the train station. And there is a direct bus between the train station and the airport, for 1,20 Euros. Linea AP runs every 30 minutes…

We stayed here on our last night in Puglia, the apartment was close to the front and restaurants in Brindisi. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The pool area was also is lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great.
