The hotel went way out of its way to give information about how to access the hotel from the airport using a bus link which was cheap, efficient, and not mentioned at all on Google Maps. The location provided easy access to transportation and restaurants and sights to visit.

A neat hotel, quiet and clean and very friendly helpful staff. The room is spacious and somewhat old fashioned. Beds (2 single) are narrow but give a good rest. The bathroom is spacious, clean and well equiped.
Location is excellent in this pretty small and friendly town. Breakfast (included) has a very good varied choice for every taste, from grilled veggies to dolce and all in between. Please hotel, open the curtains when the weather is ok. The 5th floor breakfastroom shouts for the view.
For a short stay in the centre of Brindisi this neat hotel is an ok choice.
No wrong things. Just remarks.
To have bigger cups or pots for tea we already mentioned to the staff, also wanted in the room.
Nice to us/the world would be if the hotel would look more into sustainability, towels used but not on the ground do not need replacement. Things like that, all tiny bits will help the environment without loosing comfort for individual guests.
We enjoyed because of mentioned reasons but we thought the price is somewhat higher than it should be. NB we can not compare on this topic in this town.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are professional, wonderful, and very helpful, offering advice on where to go and what to do. The room was spotless, although a little small for two people. The breakfast was amazing.
Book parking in advance. We were lucky to get the last available space in the garage. It is a bit far from the hotel, but the staff helped us with our luggage.
