Clean hotel, spacious, friendly staff. The only downside was it rained one night and knocked out power (which is out of the hotels control), we lost electricity for about 40 minutes.

We had a very pleasant stay and found the hotel to be clean and well maintained overall. One small area that could perhaps receive a little more attention is the pool area. In particular, the glass panels around the infinity pool were not quite as clean as we would have expected.
This is a relatively minor point, but for a hotel of such a high standard and level of luxury, these small details can make a significant difference to the overall experience. We hope this can be improved, as the hotel has many qualities and deserves to be enjoyed at its very best.
