Very good service, allowed early check in, very spacious room and very nice bathrooms. Gym was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was suitable with a lot of variety.
There was a small complaint made and it was immediately rectified with an apology note and also offered a late check out
Low ceiling of room, bed was not too plush while to go to the gym and spa you have to go past the breakfast restaurant

Elegant, private. Great breakfast!
Not too accessible location wise

Generally a really pleasant stay.
Breakfast offerings were good
Staff were what made the difference in this hotel. All excellent.
Bed linen and comfort of bed
Toiletries were lovely
Lack of Met Bar or any bar in the hotel was a disappointment
Glow restaurant looked dated. Felt claustrophobic without natural light etc.
Didn't like that you had to walk through Glow to get to the pool area.
Feel that the hotel suffers in layout and there was no place to be social and have a drink before venturing out etc.
The food at Nahm was very tasty but didn't offer any surprises. Wine entry price was too high. Restaurant decor looks dated.
Clearly states smart dress and yet there was a man next to me in barefooted with Birkenstock sandals.
