It's what I expect for the price. Clean room to sleepi in and a comfortable bed. It would be nice if there was more than just a small bar soap like lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in the room. the room didn't have AC but the front desk staff was very friendly and brought me a box fan, which worked just fine. Overall happy I would stay again.

We always stay here. We come quite often. It’s close to the marina and the beach. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It’s the only place we choose when we go to Newport.
