The property is beautiful with all the surrounding lush gardens and pools. Because the property is so large, the slight down side was having to have our whole family of 14 shuttled to and from the pool and restaurant every time. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful grounds, so many great hot springs, and even great pools and slides for the kids. A lovely resort with great food, too!

I 100% recommend staying at this property, especially if you have kids with you. The slides, the pool, and the Hot Springs are exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And the view of the volcano is unbeatable! Very close to town and there are great restaurants within a 5 to 20 minute drive of the property.
