The view is amazing; each house is angled to face the volcano. We also did the little trail on the compound, which could have been better signposted, but it was super nice; you walk along a little stream, listen to the birds and nature, and can take it all in. The chalet itself was comfortable; there is a little shop next door, and we bought pasta ingredients and cooked in the chalet. The hotel arranged for a massage at our request.

The cabin is not that far from the front yet is very quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable, room has plenty of space and it's well equipped. Great breakfast (included)
The mini fridge was connected but not working, although we didn't have any need of it

The location is halfway between La Fortuna and Arenal volcano which is convenient. The staff is very friendly and the property is gorgeous! The trail on the property is very nice also!
