This is a great, cozy, unpretentious property that delivered everything that my 2 teens and I needed. Rooms are small and bathroom was tiny, but served us OK. There is daily housekeeping which is a rarity now. It is across 1 from Heisler Park and walking distance to most good beaches in Laguna. Can't beat parking. They had towels, chairs, mats and boogie boards to borrow. Staff/owners veryavailable and helpful. 100% will return.

Beautiful property right in the heart of Laguna! Easy spot to walk to downtown and many stores, restaurants, the beach. Lovely staff and quaint adorable rooms.

I loved the Area. Didnt like the parking on the street(alley). Felt a litttle unsafe. But otherwise it was a nice place. maybe a little expensive also
