Very helpful staff, nice room.
Only criticism was finding the hotel from the labyrinth that is Tokyo Station - only saw one sign for the hotel, and that did not have any follow-up signs. Perhaps some instructions with the booking on how to get to the hotel after arriving from Narita Airport on the Express would help?

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We felt lucky to be their guests. We would gladly return to the Tokyo Station Hotel on another occasion.
